I know...that's Elder Neuenswander. He was an amazing artist! He drew on my pillow case when he took our laundry to be washed for us. I will show you his art work. Wonder what happened to him. He was from California I think. Maybe he is related to the Neuenswander General Authority. Notice how the humidity was pretty rough on my hair :)
